It doesn’t matter how many files are closed or how many actions are taken. What matters is whether the right is restored, whether a member's life has improved and whether the union has become stronger.

The completed procedure does not mean that justice is restored. It is necessary to see whether the violation was eliminated and whether the member received effective protection.
A collective bargaining agreement is important only when it is respected and when a member can enforce every written right.
Being present when dealing with issues about us is not enough. Representation makes sense when our voice influences the outcome rather than graces someone else's procedure.
I replace the question “What do we deserve?” with the question “What can we achieve together?” The ability to act is stronger than the expectation of someone else’s justice.
I don't believe in half a contract, half a right, half a fight or half a result. Fighting is not a posture or an eternal confrontation. It is a responsibility to act when the answer has been found, and silence would mean giving it up.
