... when nothing more can be added to what has already been said.
Some losses cannot be explained. Words make them smaller, neater and more bearable than they truly are. Music allows them to remain unresolved.
I am preparing a new instrumental album, Fragments of Silence: Echoes of Memory. It is dedicated to my mother, to friends and comrades who were killed, to those who disappeared from my life, and to everything that passed before I understood that it would never return.
This is also a requiem for what never had time to happen: conversations left unfinished, roads not taken, promises that could not be kept, and lives that might have been different.
The album does not attempt to tell their stories or turn grief into something beautiful. It creates a place where memory can remain — without explanation, conclusion or farewell.
Nothing more can be added to what has already been said. But perhaps it can still be heard.
