It is us.
Its authority comes from members. Its strength comes from members.
And its direction should come from members.
I am running because I believe we can build a union in which that principle is not simply understood — it is built into the way we make decisions, use our resources, represent one another, and hold power accountable.

- Not half a contract.
- Not half a right.

- Not representation that ends when a file is closed.
- Not democracy that begins and ends with a ballot.
- Not participation after the important decisions have already been made.
- Not a union in which members are invited to somebody else’s table.
The question in this election is not whether our union is strong.
It is whether we are willing to make that strength fully ours.
